If this is your first time booking with The Pet Nanny, give me a call, or fill in the form on my contact page and I can call you back at a convenient time. We can then chat about your needs and set up a meet and greet. From there, I’ll set you up as a client and give you access to our online booking portal so you can make bookings yourself whenever you want!
In the online portal you can:
· Make and cancel bookings
· Add vet details
· Add emergency contacts
· Pay and view current and past invoices
· Receive cute pet pics from me
· Receive live updates when the visit starts and ends
· Receive feedback on the visit.
The portal is really easy to use and you can even download an app for your Android or iOS phone so you can manage your bookings on-the-go!
You can pay me in cash on the day of the job, or if you prefer to pay by direct debit, I will send an invoice after your job is complete with payment details included.
The Pet Nanny operates in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

I sure can! I have experience with lots of pet medications and can help out with most medical requirements. Let me know what you need, and I can advise if I can do it! Of course, if your pet gets sick or injured while on my watch, I’ll take them straight to your vet.
